Research conducted by Jarra Property identified strong childcare market opportunities in Kalgoorlie. Following a strict and targeted process to find a land parcel suitable for development, this site was secured for one of our childcare partners, YMCA WA. Jarra Property strategically obtained a Development Approval, Agreement for Lease and an Agreed Building Contract prior to opening the investment trust and settling the land on Porter Street, which added greater confidence to the success of the project.

Located on the Corner of Morley Drive and Wellington Road, we identified this corner site to be an attractive fuel and convenience opportunity given its good access, traffic exposure (22,000 cars / day) and location in a growing suburban residential hub. We worked with Vibe Petroleum to produce a turnkey custom designed service station and convenience shop to their specifications.

Located on Collier Road, we identified this corner site to be an attractive fuel and convenience opportunity given its good access, traffic exposure (13,000 cars / day) and location in a growing industrial precinct. We worked with 7-Eleven to produce a turnkey custom designed service station and convenience shop to their specifications.

The centre will be strategically located on Wanneroo Road with passing traffic estimated to be +30,000 cars / day with a competitive landscape typified by older childcare centres and cost driven service providers. This is our second development with Green Leaves, being a turnkey custom designed centre to Green Leaves specification.

Jarra Property’s Nido Early School in Harrisdale opened in the second week of February 2022, bringing a 37% Return on Equity for the shareholders of the project over an 11-month period.
Jarra Property worked closely with the Satterley Property Group and Nido Early School on this project in the Heron Park estate. Jarra Property identified an opportune site with a strategy to “Develop to Divest”. Jarra Property secured a #planningapproval, Agreement for Lease with the operator and an agreed building contract before opening the Investment Trust and settling the land. The project was a success for all stakeholders including the estate owner, operator, investors and the buyer whom pre-purchased the asset during construction, off-market and ultimately securing our shareholders return before project completion.

We identified Brabham as a high population growth and underserviced suburb and worked with YMCA to source a location with good access from Lord Street and strong traffic exposure.
