The portfolio consists of YMCA Early Learning Brabham, YMCA Early Learning Kalgoorlie, Green Leaves Early Learning Piara Waters and Nido Early School Harrisdale.
All properties were specifically identified in our research as presenting strong opportunities in the childcare market and have provided a great result overall with strong return for investors and great sites for our tenants.
