Jarra Property completed and opened bp Greenwood in 2021 following a successful capital raise with investors.
Since opening the service station has operated successfully due to passing traffic of +25,000 cars per day.

Jarra Property’s Nido Early School in Harrisdale opened in the second week of February 2022, bringing a 37% Return on Equity for the shareholders of the project over an 11-month period.
Jarra Property worked closely with the Satterley Property Group and Nido Early School on this project in the Heron Park estate. We identified an opportune site with a strategy to “Develop to Divest”.
Jarra Property secured planning approval, Agreement for Lease with the operator and an agreed building contract before opening the Investment Trust and settling the land.
The project was a success for all stakeholders including the estate owner, operator, investors and the buyer whom pre-purchased the asset during construction, off-market and ultimately securing our shareholders return before project completion.

Development Director
Stefan has been intrinsically involved in the acquisition and development of commercial and residential property since 2011.
Following a 10 year career in secondary education, Stefan joined OTB Developments as a Director with Scott Ferguson in 2016, and subsequently became a Director of Jarra Property when it was formed in 2019. He has a sound understanding of the Western Australian property and construction markets with extensive experience in residential, fuel, childcare, retail and fast food.
As Development Director, Stefan holds close relationships with consultants that can be trusted to obtain Development Application approvals as well as with construction partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. He specialises in site selection, due diligence and demographics, and works with government authorities such as ATCO, Western Power and Watercorp.
Stefan works closely with tenants and has a good understanding of the childcare market and SDA/NDIS requirements, delivering a number of ongoing projects. He is able to identify tenants’ requirements with an approach to target sites specifically to meet their needs, rather than finding sites and going out to market.
Stefan has managed a large property development portfolio including successfully delivered and ongoing projects for Nido ELC, Green Leaves Early Learning, YMCA, Bloom Early Education, 7-eleven, PUMA, , Vibe Petroleum, BP, KFC and Hungry Jacks.
Commercial Director
Mike has significant transactional, portfolio management and investment experience having held analytical, commercial and managerial positions in corporate finance teams, merchant banks, property investment firms and family offices.
Mike started his career as a graduate in BDO Perth’s Corporate Finance team, providing valuation and transaction support services to ASX listed clients. As an Investment Manager for investment firm Sirona Capital, Mike was responsible for seeking, analysing and realising investment opportunities in various industries and asset classes (including real estate). Following his time at Sirona Capital, Mike was Group Commercial Manager at AMB Holdings Pty Ltd. This role involved Mike reporting to the board of directors on strategic, litigation, portfolio management and investment matters for both AMB Holdings and Angela Bennett’s personal asset portfolio.
Mike’s investment and commercial background has seen him involved in significant investments in a wide variety of asset classes and industries. Similarly, Mike has advised on strategies ranging from small family businesses to multigenerational billion-dollar assets.
Now as Commercial Director of Jarra Property, Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Curtin University of Technology.
Business Manager
Lauren joined the Jarra Property team in the role of Business Manager in October 2022.
Following 8 years working at the Wanneroo Business Association, Lauren brings a significant amount of business and management experience to the team and possesses excellent client liaison skills.
With a focus on improving systems and processes, and a BA Hons in Management from the University of Manchester, Lauren is available to assist investors and stakeholders as well as to enhance their experience with Jarra Property.
Senior Financial Analyst
Marc is a highly accomplished and dedicated accounting and legal professional with over eight years experience in financial analytic roles.
With experience working on funding and investment models for a range of commercial projects, Marc is committed to expanding his skill set through continuous education and professional development . With exceptional skills in financial modelling and analytics, Marc has contributed to the financial success of numerous projects he has been involved in.
As an integral member of the Jarra Property team, Marc possesses a broad skill set in financial modeling, budgeting and analysis, legal review, market analysis and project due diligence. He also plays a key role in preparing development contract documentation, investment models and investor presentations.
Office Manager
Tara joined the Jarra Property team in the role of Office Manager in August 2023.
Following 20 years working in Ireland, Tara brings a significant amount of office management experience to the team.
A highly energetic and ambitious office manager, with a diverse skill set and experience in administration, customer support, accounts, and HR functions. An experienced leader, with training and recruitment experience, combined with a meticulous attention to standards and experience working in regulated industries.
Management Accountant
Angeli joined the Jarra Property team in June 20203 as our Management Accountant.
Anjeli has a strong background of risk management, compliance, auditing and management accounting and analysis.
Group Accountant
Andrey is a highly accomplished and dedicated accounting professional with over five years hands-on experience across various industries.
As a valued member of the Jarra Property team, Andrey possesses a broad skill set in general accounting. Her adeptness in managing financial records, conducting audits, and analysing financial statements has been instrumental in providing valuable insights to organisations and facilitating informed decision-making processes. With an exceptional ability to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes and implement effective financial controls, Andrey has consistently contributed to the financial success of the companies she has served.
Driven by a passion for continuous professional development, Andrey is dedicated to expanding her skill set. With a keen interest in commercial accounting and real estate, Andrey is currently undertaking further education and professional advancement, which is a testament to her unwavering dedication to excellence, and her determination to provide the highest quality of service to the company.
Development Consultant
As a Development Consultant, Colin brings significant experience to the Jarra Property team.
With powerful negotiation, project management and relationship skills, and a strong understanding of the design development process from concept to final plan, Colin excels in the due diligence, feasibility, approval and financial analysis of projects.
Starting his career in traditional residential land development and subdivision, Colin was Development Manager for many residential communities in Perth such as Edgewater, Forrestfield, Gosnells and Summer Lakes, Jandakot.
Colin’s commercial experience includes service stations, childcare, liquor and medical, as well as big box hardware for the rollout of all Masters sites in WA. He has spent the last 15 years focused on retail development, working as a consultant to Woolworths in the acquisition and design of supermarket sites and the development of their regional Boulevard shopping centres.
With experience both nationally across Australia and in New Zealand, Colin holds a Diploma in Cartography and Surveying and has obtained extensive post graduate studies in town planning from Curtin University.
Colin’s project involvement includes, but is not limited to, Dunsborough Resort Hotel, Kewdale Commercial Centre and Business Park, Naturaliste Forum Dunsborough, Bunbury Centre Point and South Perth Retail. For him, as a keen golfer, one of the main highlights of his career was working towards a successful development approval for Dunsborough Lakes Golf Resort in 1992.
Development Consultant TAS
As our Development Consultant for Tasmania, Malcolm brings over 40 years’ experience in the development and construction industry to the Jarra Property team.
As an entrepreneur in land and project development, Malcolm gained experience as Design Manager, Value Engineer and Planning Manager before moving to Senior Management and Director positions in building and development companies, overseeing projects throughout Australia.
Malcolm identified and purchased over 28 sites for Harvey Norman in WA and SA and managed all rezoning and development approvals, negotiations with authorities and local councils, feasibilities, financial packaging and tenancy mix, design, project management, and construction valued at over $800m. Malcolm also presented a comprehensive redevelopment proposal for the City West Precinct in Perth, involving extensive consultation for scheme amendment, re-zoning and improving the plot ratio from 1:1 to 5:1. The total development is $850m and the $50m first stage of this development has been completed.
Woolworths appointed Malcolm’s company, Pride Group, in 2008 as development and project managers for Homemaker centres within WA. Fifteen centres were completed with a total value over $600m, all on time and to budget.
