Jarra Property is actively working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) service providers, Supported Independent Living (SIL) Providers and investment capital to create new and innovative Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA in Perth) that exceeds the needs of SDA Participants in our community.

SDA is purpose-built housing designed to meet extremely high needs or extreme functional impairments of eligible Australians under the age of 65, funded by the NDIS.

With three SDA villas currently under construction in Balga and four on the way in Mandurah, the Jarra Property team have the skills and experience required to find sites best suited to the needs of SDA Participants, have established relationships with trusted builders and understand the design standards and development application process required to deliver a successful project.

Jarra Property’s Development Director, Stefan Piruk, explained that the location of SDA in Perth is extremely important.  “Integrating Participants within the community, keeping them within close distance of family and support networks, providing opportunities to access public transport and for social and economic participation are all key factors in the identification of potential SDA sites.  This combined with our focus on creating high quality SDA is what differentiates Jarra.”
