Jarra Property is pleased to share the successful completion of its latest project, Jarra Investment Trust Fifteen, which involved the capital raise, purchase, fit-out and refurbishment of an industrial asset in Osborne Park.  The transformed asset now serves as the new home to Ktec Autohaus, a leading provider of automotive services and solutions and the first choice for Euro-car enthusiasts, specifically classic Porsche’s, in WA.

This unique investment was initiated by a pool of clients that approached the Jarra Property team to assist them with facilitating this special project.  Our team collaborated, designed and executed the acquisition, refurbishment and financial structure that enabled a successful outcome for the investors and a long standing Western Australian business.

The refurbishment program involved a range of cosmetic and practical changes to the building.  These included a new front façade, re-glazing and painting, internal painting, polished and sealed floors, LED lighting and electrical upgrades, a concrete low ratio gradient driveway, reimagined landscaping and dividing walls for the service and project departments.

In addition to these improvements, the team also fitted out an engine and parts room, a lunch room, a client lounge and an office, all of which will provide a functional and comfortable environment for Ktec Autohaus to operate in.  The building’s new signage further adds to its professional and modern aesthetic.
