Jarra Property’s childcare development with Bloom Early Education in Beechboro is currently under construction.

Development Approval was obtained from the City of Swan thanks to Apex Planning, working with us to meet the demands for childcare in the region.

Peter Hobbs Architects incorporated Bloom’s key values and methodology in the purpose-built centre.  The 81-place centre is the first of four ‘new look’ buildings Jarra Property are developing with Bloom Early Education.
