Jarra Property’s Thornlie childcare development with Green Leaves Early Learning is due to commence construction in March 2023 after receiving development approval in December 2022.

As one of the assets in the Jarra Investment Trust Ten Fund, alongside NIDO Early School Butler, the Thornlie site was identified as being attractive for childcare due to it’s growing population, largely composed of younger families with good labour participation.
