Jarra Property and Vibe Petroleum have agreed the terms of an Agreement for Lease for Vibe Bayswater.  Situated at 120 Beechboro Rd, South Bayswater, construction is complete on the 4 bowser fuel canopy, retail shop and car wash.

Jarra Property identified the site as an opportunity for fuel and convenience given its good access, traffic exposure (14,000 cars / day) and location.

Jarra Property identified this Mandurah site as being suitable for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) due to it’s location and ability to integrate SDA Participants within the community, providing opportunities to access public transport and for social and economic participation.  This combined with our focus on creating high quality SDA is what differentiates Jarra Property in this space.

SDA is purpose-built housing designed to meet extremely high needs or extreme functional impairments of eligible Australians under the age of 65, funded by the NDIS.  All newly built SDA must comply with specific design requirements based on the living requirements of the Participant. There are four SDA design categories differentiated by the Participant’s required level of support and these requirements are in place to ensure that Participants can safely access high quality, well maintained SDA that meets their needs.

Jarra Property‘s Byford childcare development with Bloom Early Education was delivered on target and completed in mid 2023.

One of numerous developments for Bloom Early Education, this state of the art childcare site offers 106 places.

Jarra Property, in partnership with LWP Property Group (now Satterley), has successfully achieved development approval for the construction of 7-Eleven Ellenbrook, which will feature a retail shop and 8 refueling bays.

Preliminary works will be underway ahead of construction starting at the site on the corner of Pinaster Parade and Main St in Ellenbrook.

Jarra Property is pleased to share the successful completion of Jarra Investment Trust Fifteen, which involved the capital raise, purchase, fit-out and refurbishment of an industrial asset in Osborne Park.  The transformed asset now serves as the new home to Ktec Autohaus, a leading provider of automotive services and solutions and the first choice for Euro-car enthusiasts, specifically classic Porsche’s, in WA.

The refurbishment program involved a range of cosmetic and practical changes to the building.  These included:

• a new front façade
• re-glazing and painting
• internal painting
• polished and sealed floors
• LED lighting and electrical upgrades
• a concrete low ratio gradient driveway
• reimagined landscaping; and
• dividing walls for the service and project departments.

In addition to these improvements, the team also fitted out:

• an engine room
• a parts room
• a lunch room
• a client lounge; and
• an office

All the above now provide a functional and comfortable environment for Ktec Autohaus to operate in.  The building’s new signage further adds to its professional and modern aesthetic.

Green Leaves Early Learning in Maida Vale, delivered on behalf of LWP Property Group (now Satterley), received development approval in March 2023.

Jarra Property worked with Apex Planning, Raunik Design Group and other consultants to progress the development approval, and will manage the development through to completion.

Currently under construction, upon completion the centre will offer 94 places and will provide high-quality childcare services for families in the Maida Vale community.

Jarra Property achieved a successful development approval for a Padbury childcare development in March 2023.

The development will involve demolition of an existing single storey commercial building and the construction of a new childcare facility to be operated by Bloom Early Education.

The site on Blackwattle Parade is a strong opportunity for the childcare market, and upon completion, the centre will offer 81 licensed places to the local community.

Nido Early School in Wandi, delivered on behalf of LWP Property Group (now Satterley), was completed in September 2024.

Offering 92 places, the centre will provide high-quality childcare services for families in the Wandi community.

Jarra Property’s Nido Early School in Dayton is expected to be completed by May 2023.

Being developed alongside LWP Property Group, Apex Planning secured the Development Approval for the 92 place centre.  The Approval had unanimous support from the JDAP panel and Tydan Construction hit the ground running to progress this project towards completion.

Jarra Property completed construction of a new build Green Leaves Early Learning Centre, in Piara Waters, in 2021.

Situated on Wright Road, the 79 place centre now offers high quality childcare to the local community and is operating well.

Jarra Property delivered this project for LWP Property Group in their Ambia Estate – Southern River, with construction completed in early 2022.

G8 Education leased the centre, which offers 104 licensed childcare places to the many families in the nearby suburbs.

Research conducted by Jarra Property identified strong childcare market opportunities in Kalgoorlie.

Following a strict and targeted process to find a land parcel suitable for development, this site was secured for one of our childcare partners, YMCA WA.

Jarra Property strategically obtained a Development Approval, Agreement for Lease and an Agreed Building Contract prior to opening the investment trust and settling the land on Porter Street, which added greater confidence to the success of the project.
