Jarra Property is pleased to share that development approval has been received for a new Padbury childcare centre.

The development will involve demolition of an existing single storey commercial building and the construction of a new childcare facility which will be operated by Bloom Early Education as part of their aggressive expansion plans.

The Jarra team identified the site on Blackwattle Parade as being a strong opportunity for the childcare market, and upon completion, the centre will offer 81 licensed places to the local community.
