Jarra Property is pleased to announce the early closure of the capital raise for Jarra Investment Trust Sixteen, with the offer already fully subscribed.

The investment strategy of the Fund is to develop a 96 place centre for Bloom Early Education (Bloom) in Bennett Springs, and sell as soon as practicable after Lease commencement.  Jarra Property anticipates that there will be strong interest in acquiring the Centre once it is developed and the Lease commences.

Jarra Property’s conviction in the childcare sector is due to the defensive nature of the industry.  As a key driver of national labour force participation and productivity, it is recognised as a critical industry by both major Australian political parties.  These investment thematics have driven institutional demand for childcare centre property investments in recent years.

Thank you to our investors for the overwhelming support. With multiple investment opportunities in the pipeline, please contact Michael Cameron, Commercial Director, on mike@jarraproperty.com or 0402 435 998.
