Jarra Property’s Bennett Springs childcare development with Bloom Early Education will start construction in April 2023.

Our team identified the site on Marshall Rd as being a strong opportunity for the childcare market.  The site has good passing traffic with infill residential development planned in close proximity and a future rail station (Metronet) also proposed.

Once completed the centre will offer 96 licensed childcare centres to the local community.
