Jarra Property‘s Padbury childcare development received development approval in March 2023.

The development will involve demolition of an existing single storey commercial building and the construction of a new childcare facility to be operated by Bloom Early Education.

Our team identified the site on Blackwattle Parade as being a strong opportunity for the childcare market, and upon completion, the centre will offer 81 licensed places to the local community.
