Jarra Property is pleased to share the successful completion of Jarra Investment Trust Fifteen, which involved the capital raise, purchase, fit-out and refurbishment of an industrial asset in Osborne Park. The transformed asset now serves as the new home to Ktec Autohaus, a leading provider of automotive services and solutions and the first choice for Euro-car enthusiasts, specifically classic Porsche’s, in WA.
The refurbishment program involved a range of cosmetic and practical changes to the building. These included:
- a new front façade
- re-glazing and painting
- internal painting
- polished and sealed floors
- LED lighting and electrical upgrades
- a concrete low ratio gradient driveway
- reimagined landscaping; and
- dividing walls for the service and project departments.
In addition to these improvements, the team also fitted out:
- an engine room
- a parts room
- a lunch room
- a client lounge; and
- an office
All the above now provide a functional and comfortable environment for Ktec Autohaus to operate in. The building’s new signage further adds to its professional and modern aesthetic.
