Jarra Investment Trust Twenty Three is an unlisted land investment fund that has acquired a 4.17 hectare strategic landholding in the Perth suburb of Byford. The southern portion of the property is zoned commercial.
The fund’s primary strategy is to expand the property’s current commercial zoning so that it can accommodate the development of a neighbourhood centre with sufficient shop-retail floorspace for a full-line supermarket and associated specialty stores. With the property’s prominent location, infrastructure upgrades, Byford’s forecast urban growth (more than 50%), ongoing development in the area, and lucrative acquisition land rate, there is great potential for strong investment outcomes.
